Crucial Conversations (CC)

May 28th, 2025 / 8:30 am 12:00 pm

Windsong Lodge
31772 Herman Leirer Road
Seward, AK 99664

Often our ability to create successful teams depends on our ability to reinforce the behaviors around us that maximize our chances of team success and eliminate or reduce the behaviors around us that undercut our chance of team success. Yet, doing so requires us to have conflict, and most of us struggle with creating productive conflict. The ability to have effective crucial conversations is a leadership superpower. Engagement attendees will:

-Discover why we struggle to have productive conflict;
-Learn how to create and manage productive conflict;
-Practice effective crucial conversations and using the essential Situation-Behavior-Impact-Feeling tool.
